Netball Finals

It was great to see so many members of Room 7 playing in their final netball games for the season. Both Twyford Jazz and Twyford Fuji qualified for the 3rd/4th playoffs in their respective grades.

The Jazz team fought back from being behind in the first quarter to win by 5 goals against Heretaunga Intermediate. The Fuji team had some nice interplay and shots but were up against a team that had quite a few extra players from a higher grade. They played hard the whole way through and I know all the teachers and parents who saw them compete were impressed with their attitude and application.

A huge thanks to the coaches who have supported the girls so well through a long season.

Senior Camp Cake Stall

A huge thank you to all the families and staff who got their bake on for the Room 6 & 7 cake stall on Friday. We made around $500 which is a great return and will reduce all students' fees for our Term 4 camp at Mountain Valley Lodge.

A special shout out to Kelly Cruickshank, Helen Chalcraft, Ngametua Kokaua, Wayne Holdaway-Stevens & Mandy Menzies. We couldn't have managed without your fantastic support on the day!
